AXIS DEBT RECOVERY

Axis Debt Recovery is a pre-litigation letter/telephony commercial debt collection service which works seamlessly with our Credit Management services and products as well as our Debt Recovery legal services or just as a standalone service.

Outsourcing your debt collection means you get the highest skill level delivering best in class performance without increasing headcount.

Our Debt Recovery services are available on an ad hoc basis for one off debts or as part of a workflow to routinely manage your debt collection.

Charges are all on a “no collect no fee” basis starting at 6% commission. For B2B debts we make use of the late payment legislation adding charges and interest whenever possible which often makes our services cost negative.

Our specialist dispute resolution & litigation solicitors will offer you support and advice on a flexible and cost-effective basis around your own schedule and requirements.

Commission only “no collect no fee” Starting from 6% of the amount recovered plus VAT.
Late payment charges of 15% and interest are added to and collected with the debt with no fees to pay. For part payments or when the late payment charges are not collected a commission of 6% “no collect no fee” applies.
